WayWest Construction was founded in 2015 by our current CEO's Rick and Steve Frandsen. Combined they bring over 40 years of construction experience to the team. In the last 40 years, a lot has changed – technology, governments, world economies, the materials we use in our daily lives. However, one thing remains unchanged – our dedication to doing the best work in the lower mainland. We keep an old fashioned attitude about work and that's that it needs to be done right and when we promised. More and more, that means relying on brilliant staff and hard-working tradesmen working in tandem.
